This not-for-profit private school engaged Stesco Consulting to assess and evaluate its back-office processes and technology. A resulting strategic roadmap was developed that led the research, analysis, and recommendation for contingency planning and future growth.

A complete vendor analysis was conducted in order to understand how best to move forward with deploying a new integrated SIS system and migrating from its existing operational environment.

A detailed methodology was used for this project consisting of the following phases:

Needs Assessment: This involved a thorough operational analysis. This included a thorough process evaluation, a technology assessment, operational recommendations, and a complete risk analysis.

Market Evaluation: This coordinated back-office requirements with industry best practices. We developed and conducted an extensive RFP process to properly manage the organizational need.

Process Alignment: We evaluated existing processes and areas of improvement in alignment with industry best practices. This leveraged the research conducted in order to develop a project roadmap for implementation.

Vendor Identification: This evaluated scalability, customization, service models, and both short-term and long-term needs. Overall costs were evaluated and a complete ROI and Cost-Benefit model was developed.

Recommendation: The project culminated in a recommendation and roadmap for a multi-year back-office replacement and implementation.

Projected benefits demonstrated significant efficiency gains, risk avoidance, contingency planning, and superior ability to manage the constituent donor base. This project provided the framework and readiness for the entire back-office replacement.
